NPP’s problem is big. It is fundamental.
It has everything to do with internal discipline.
Ken Ofori-Atta, our former Finance Minister, wasn’t perfect. He couldn’t have been – no one ever is.
He served as Finance Minister from 2017 to 2023.
From 2017 to 2019 – his first three years – what was the state of Ghana’s economy? Bad? Good? Or junk?
An economy is like a turning wheel. Every phase reflects its own realities.
The years 2022 to 2024 reflect the realities of that era.
How can you compare Forson’s 11 months in office to Ken Ofori-Atta’s seven years?
Those seven years covered all phases: good performance, stability, and downturn.
It is telling that what makes Ken Ofori-Atta a “criminal” to some Ghanaians today is exactly what earns the NDC and Ato Forson praise. The DDEP and many institutional reforms. Why must anyone gloss over them?
NPP executed many life‑transforming policies in office.
But no NDC leader will go out of his way to praise us. It’s not in their interest. They never will.
They are an army with disciplined Central Command. Doing so is mutiny.
Why would Sir-Obama Pokuase, a plain‑cloth NPP man, go out of his way to openly praise Ato Forson – if not for indiscipline?
This “I know” “I know” mentality is the cancer destroying the NPP. It has to stop now.
When the NDC unlawfully arrested you and abused every right you hold under the Constitution, tell me: did one NDC member trade conscience for party strategy to defend you?
We will be watching for all the “holier‑than‑thou” voices in this party.
On this subject:
We will name. We will shame.
Trust me.
