NSMQ 2025 UPDATES: Three Sets of Twins Competing for Glory

In a competition where every second and every answer can change everything, three pairs of contestants are defying the odds — not just with brilliance, but with a bond written in their DNA.

This year’s National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) has a rare twist: three sets of identical twins, all chasing one crown.

At Ofori Panin SHS, teamwork isn’t rehearsed — it’s instinctive. The boys move in sync, finishing each other’s sentences and solving problems almost telepathically.

“We’ve been doing things together since we were little, so competing together in the NSMQ just feels natural,” one of them shared.

Their coach, Mr. Donkor, can’t hide his admiration.

“Their instincts are incredible. They understand each other’s strengths perfectly. These boys are special — respectful, focused, and ready to win.”

The twins themselves are confident but grounded.

“We’ve worked hard, and we believe God is on our side,” they said with matching smiles.

Over at Wesley Girls’ High School, twin power takes a quieter form — calm, precise, and unshakable. The girls led their regional championship earlier this year, gliding through rounds with a chemistry that’s effortless.

“We complement each other. Sometimes she starts an answer, and I finish it,” one explained.

Their connection is almost poetic — not just about knowledge, but about rhythm, intuition, and trust.

Because on the NSMQ stage, where pressure can crack even the brightest minds, these twins stand as one. When one falters, the other steadies her. When one smiles, the other already knows why.

This year, the NSMQ isn’t just a battle of intellect — it’s a celebration of connection.
After all, when two minds think as one… brilliance doubles its power.
