Excitement is building ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026™, as more than one million tickets have already been sold following the Visa Presale Draw phase, which launched in mid-September. Fans from 212 countries and territories have secured their seats for what promises to be the most inclusive and historic edition of football’s biggest event.
Leading ticket sales are fans from the United States, Canada, and Mexico — the three host nations — followed by supporters from England, Germany, Brazil, Spain, Colombia, Argentina, and France, rounding off the top ten countries in demand.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino hailed the milestone as a significant moment in the countdown to 2026:
“What an exciting step on our journey toward 2026! As national teams around the world fight for qualification, it’s inspiring to see fans from over 200 countries already eager to be part of this unique celebration of football in North America,” he said.
The next sales phase, the Early Ticket Draw, will open on 27 October 2025, giving fans another opportunity to secure single-match tickets for all 104 games, as well as venue- and team-specific packages.
To ensure safe and authentic transactions, FIFA has launched an official resale platform at FIFA.com/tickets, designed to protect fans from unauthorised resales. Additionally, Mexican residents will have access to a dedicated FIFA Ticket Exchange Platform.
Fans seeking premium experiences can also purchase official hospitality packages — including match tickets — through FIFA.com/hospitality. FIFA strongly advises supporters to buy tickets only from official sources to avoid invalid entries.
With 28 teams already qualified and global anticipation rising, the FIFA World Cup 2026™ is shaping up to be a record-breaking celebration of football, unity, and passion across North America.
