The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Presidential Elections Committee has invited all presidential hopefuls and senior party figures to an important meeting ahead of the party’s upcoming presidential primaries.

A press statement signed by the Secretary of the Committee, William Yamoah, said the aspirants were informed that the engagement is intended to deliberate on matters of great importance relating to the forthcoming presidential elections and to provide the latest updates on the electoral process.

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the NPP National Headquarters in Asylum Down, Accra.

According to the Committee, the insights and contributions of the invited individuals will be critical to ensuring a smooth and successful electoral process as the party prepares to elect its next leader.

Those invited include:

  1. Hon. Ken Ohene Agyapong
  2. Hon. Dr. Bryan Acheampong
  3. H.E. Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia
  4. Hon. Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum
  5. Ing. Kwabena Agyei Agyepong

The Committee expressed appreciation for the continued cooperation of the aspirants and reiterated the party’s commitment to upholding its democratic principles as it moves toward the crucial internal election.
