The New Patriotic Party (NPP) added a symbolic touch to the launch of its amended constitution on Wednesday when its 2024 flagbearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, and running mate, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh, popularly known as Napo, purchased the first copies for GH¢50,000 each.

The launch, attended by national executives, stakeholders, and supporters, was hailed by the party as the start of a “new chapter” in its political journey.

Officials noted that the updated constitution will strengthen organisational cohesion and promote democratic participation across all levels of the party.

The NPP urged members to familiarise themselves with the revised document as it prepares for its future political and developmental agenda.
