The Round of 16 fixtures of the ongoing FIFA U-20 World Cup have been confirmed.

This follows the conclusion of the group stage matches played in the early hours of Monday morning.

Nigeria’s Flying Eagles held Colombia to a 1-1 draw in their last group game to progress to the last-16 stage.

DAILY POST reports that Nigeria’s Flying Eagles held Colombia to a 1-1 draw in their last group game to progress to the last-16 stage.

Aliyu Zubairu’s side earned a place in the Round of 16 following the result as they recorded four points from three matches.

Norway also advanced to the Round of 16 after playing a 1-1 draw with Saudi Arabia.

The Round of 16 fixtures will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, respectively.
