Kennedy Osei Nyarko Vows NPP Will Reclaim Power in 2028

Kennedy Osei Nyarko, Member of Parliament for Akim Swedru, has reaffirmed the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) commitment to recapturing power in the 2028 general elections.

In a recent post on his official Facebook page, Nyarko expressed confidence that the party, despite past challenges and minor missteps, remains a better option for Ghanaians compared to the current administration.

Nyarko emphasized that key initiatives driving the country today were largely pioneered by NPP governments. “There’s no single important initiative that is holding this country today or benefiting a large number of people in the country which was not initiated by the Governments of the NPP,” he stated. He added that only those deliberately ignoring the facts—or younger generations unfamiliar with Ghana’s governance history—would contest this claim.

The Akim Swedru MP highlighted the party’s track record of governance and underscored the need to remind Ghanaians of NPP’s achievements as the country approaches the 2028 polls.
